Trip Summary

We left Victoria, B.C., on March 11, 2002 and headed north through the scenic and sheltered waters of the Inside Passage to Juneau and Glacier Bay, Alaska.

For our return to Victoria we left the calm waters of Glacier Bay and headed out into the exposed waters of the open Pacific to follow the rugged and spectacular Outside Coast.

On October 21 we arrived back in Victoria; 7 months, 5600 kilometres (3500 miles), 5 million paddle strokes and countless chocolate bars after our departure.
